We just gave our restaurant a makeover so the dinners will enjoy in modern style environment while having the same unique taste of our meats. Located in prestigious Portomaso Complex, adjoining and look over Hilton Malta and with the beautiful terrace which is gazing over the picturesque marina, where most of Portomaso residents anchor their yachts, Buffalo Bills Steakhouse will not leave you indifferent to its charms.

The size of the restaurant is of a great advantage when we organise large business meeting launches, press conferences, staff parties and all kinds of private celebrations. Whether it’s a birthday or quiet dinner, with 125 seats inside and 75 seated on the terrace, we will find a place for you. Special mention goes for Seasonal menus where during Christmas holidays our restaurant is jam packed with people. Good food, good ambience and great service with a smile.

Our kitchen is equipped with excellent charcoal broil grills (grilling on a surface with wide raised ridges, to the point of having the food slightly charred in texture) where our experienced chefs can make sure that you get the steak cooked the way you want it. Serving only imported prime beef gave us a long-lasting reputation among the Maltese as well as to visitors who cannot resist juicy steaks while looking over on calm swinging of the yachts and sparkling reflection of Portomaso dimmed lights on the sea water down in marina.

Our menu offers something for everyone, so except juicy beef steaks; you can try lamb chops, lamb fillets, kangaroo, chicken breast, etc. Steak and fillet’s orders are inclusive of soup, bruschetta, choice of potatoes and fresh buffet salads.
